More positive news for the housing market with the DCLG (Department of Communities and Local Government) confirming that house prices have risen by 0.8% in December across the UK as a whole. Of course this does not mean that every home in the UK has risen by this value as some will have fallen and some will have risen by more than this figure dependent on area.
