Nationwide announces a small dip in house prices

 PROPERTY NEWS! The Nationwide has announced a small drop in National House prices for the first time in 10 months. PDQ opinion: We have consistently said that the recovery (which we firmly believe we are now in) will bump along the bottom before it goes into full recovery later in the cycle. This small blip is to be expected and, if current viewing and offer levels in our office are anything to go by, taken with a large pinch of salt
