PDQ is a locally owned and independent company that is part of an international network with hundreds
of associated offices through NAEA Homelink. We pride ourselves on our knowledge of the property
market and our friendly, helpful attitude and have helped hundreds of people to buy and sell since
opening in 2001.
We work hard on behalf of our customers and have received many commendations and awards for our service
and innovation in estate agency. We have been finalists in the national Estate Agency of the Year
awards on many occasions and we remain the only estate agent to be awarded the Honesty and Clarity
mark for our estate agency contracts from the Plain English Campaign
Opened in 2001, the successful Helston office is managed by Helen Oliver MNAEA.
PDQ is owned by Chris Wood, who has been involved in agency since 1989. Voted in as Vice President of
the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) in 2006 and expected to become president of the
association in 2009, Chris holds the University of Reading’s Certificate of Residential Estate Agency
and the NAEA Certificate of Practice in Estate Agency and appears regularly on radio, television
and in the press.
